Here's the deal, food is not a one size fits all prescription. Food is POWERFUL medicine. What we put in our body is information and ultimately is who we are - the literal building blocks. If you want a certain diet researched, let's talk, I will help you sift through the fad diets / shakes / supplements / influencer recommendations and find the best science backed plan for you. I'm your coach, not selling a diet, a shake, or a supplement. I'm your health advocate and fellow foodie!

Yes! We will work together to identify lifestyle factors and deficiencies that could be contributing, and work to support your body's natural ability to heal. It is an integrative approach, a stepwise process to work through nutrition, movement, stress, sleep, and  optimize your health. We will work with your primary care providers to adjust any medications as needed.

  • My Labs Are "Normal" , But I Still Feel Like Something is Off

If you have experienced this, you are not alone. There are a lot of symptoms that show up before your labs are diagnostically out of range. Functional medicine looks at wider range of biomarkers/labs that can help determine what is causing your symptoms.
